competitionbarbecuesecrets1While Skimming through the Competition Barbecue Secrets ebook once I received it, I was feeling good about my purchase.  I’ve always loved barbecuing even though I’ve pretty much learned on my own with tips from friends and family here and there.

The first thing I looked for, of course, was their answer to “How long do you cook baby back ribs?”  I confess I really thought I had a pretty good idea of what I was doing; my wife and kids had always said my barbecue cooking was good but I was ready to take it to the next level.
